Coach Ness is a qualified nutrition coach, obtaining her degree in Biological Science and Diploma of Sports Nutrition, where she specialises in Woman's Health.
Ness became a coach to show her client's that all goals are achievable and it doesn't have to be a complicated process. With a little education and support in creating everyday positive habits, a flexible approach to food and fitness and creating a powerful mindset, then you can achieve anything.
Coach Jack has been a qualified PT for over 10 years and runs group fitness classes and 1:1 weights and boxing PT's out of Impact Fitness.
Jack became a nutrition coach as he personally changed his own life surrounding health and fitness once he became educated himself. With so much misinformation out there, Jack loves to show all his clients a healthy and sustainable approach to achieving their goals.
Located in Somerville, where coach Jack has worked for almost 10 years.
Impact is home to a supportive, fun and family oriented group of PT's, Myotherapists, and Owners, providing group fitness classes, reformer Pilates, and an infra-red sauna to all members.
